To us, the material world—everything we see, hear, and touch—is the most certain thing we believe we know. We would consider it absurd to doubt it. But why? The more one tries to describe and understand the most obvious aspects of our external reality, namely matter, the more it eludes a fundamental understanding. Rarely is the veil lifted that hides how the unconscious constructs the objects of the material external world. Ultimately, these arise from a potential realm that can also be derived from quantum physics and depth psychology. This allows for a better understanding of a range of widely discussed issues, such as the morphogenesis of organisms or the quantum nature of evolution.
