Product details
The German painter and graphic artist Peter Dreher (born 1932) looks back on a body of work that is both diverse and successful. Dreher studied at the Karlsruhe Academy under Erich Heckel, Karl Hubbuch, and Wilhelm Schnarrenberger, and later led the Freiburg branch of the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe. Numerous art-in-architecture projects both domestically and internationally made the artist known to a wider public. Since the 1950s, his work has been presented to art audiences in numerous international exhibitions. This volume is dedicated exclusively and comprehensively to the motif of the skull in Peter Dreher's work.
