The short moderation guide is aimed at anyone who wants to organize or conduct meetings, learning events, or presentations. It focuses on applying the moderation method for short events lasting up to half a day or integrating it into individual phases of a larger event that is otherwise structured differently. The book is highly practical. The first part begins with a comparison of a moderated and a non-moderated meeting. This serves both as a decision-making aid and explains to those unfamiliar with the moderation method what "moderation" actually is. The second part offers 20 example processes from various fields with different themes and purposes (business sector, committees and thesis work, school and university, experience exchange).
