Almost every time students complete introductory Persian courses at the university, there is a call for a "different" textbook. While they learn a lot, they are unable to speak. So, they go to the community college. There, they have the opportunity to speak, but there is still no truly communicative book. Into this dilemma stepped a native Persian-speaking teacher and a German linguist, who set out to systematically reorganize the teaching material, progression, and didactics of Persian. Since languages at German community colleges are taught according to the European Reference Framework, this prompted us to create a book in accordance with the new criteria.
