The alliance of education policy and special education distorts and discredits the human right to inclusive education. It obstructs the development of a fair education system without selection and exclusion, as well as an inclusive society. This pamphlet clarifies the coalition that was established after 1945 based on a mutual silence regarding the entanglements of special education and politics in Nazi crimes. This has subsequently led to the perpetuation and solidification of historically burdened special education continuities and the massive expansion of exclusionary structures.
