The advanced level of autogenic training offers more than mere relaxation. It can also be used therapeutically. When combined with meditation, it opens up unprecedented possibilities for expansion, which are presented here and put into practice. The introduced pathways into meditation begin with Western traditions. From body-oriented autogenic training, it progresses into the experiences of being in autogenic meditation.
