Grandma Käthe is fed up. She urgently needs a break from the men and, of course, from her family. A wellness retreat in Sylt is just what she needs to let her troubled soul relax and recharge with some pampering. But not so fast. Just after arriving at the coastal clinic, Käthe stumbles upon a dead patient who allegedly fell from the balcony. Since the clinic management wants to sweep the incident under the rug, Käthe's detective instincts immediately kick in. Was the patient pushed over the railing on purpose? Together with retired island commissioner Hinnerk, she digs into the life of the deceased, who apparently wasn't a saint. Some of Käthe's fellow patients are not at all fond of the rascal. Could a disastrous spa affair be responsible for his tragic end? And why is head nurse Gundula, a real diva, acting so strangely as if she has something to hide?.
