The author enriches the content with her experiences, opinions, reading materials, and her experiences as a psychologist, coach, and trainer. She provides an overview of current topics in happiness research, shares insights from her (work) life, presents methods for self-coaching, and critically questions to what extent our progress-oriented society makes us happier. Zum Glück! encourages readers to reflect on their own ideas of happiness. It aims not only to inform but also to inspire: happiness does not have to be hard-earned.
