...can't find the solution on the manufacturer's support page: How can I get the scanner to allow me to select profiles etc. on the touch screen? The screenshots of the touch screen that I have seen show various setting options. For me, I can only see "

ok, problem solved by myself after 6 hours of trying: Fujitsu owes me a day's support: If the ScanSnap Manager AND the Scansnap Home are installed at the same time, the device does not show any setting options on the touchscreen. For whatever reason, this is a complete fail. Solution: complete uninstallation of all the junk and ONLY installation of the ScanSnap Home App. Then it works. Rating is still being adjusted.

...sent too early: "scan", "WLAN" symbol and setting wheel -> but where only the basic settings are displayed, visible and selectable.
