Hello Alvise, I can't remember if the Pelikan was returned through the local post office or at the Digitec shop near where I live. But let me say that I was VERY dissapointed with how this brand performed. Less than half way its full capacity it started to produce stains and shadows over the print-outs. I tried to correct it by the usual two methods, sliding the brush of the back of the cartridge and shaking it up, but none work. I had to throw it! It was only ONE factual experience, but this is the only time I bought this brand. By contrast, with other brands (Brother or not) this never happened.
