The Brother Service for those who think ahead.
With a car, you know that wear parts, such as brakes and the clutch, are not covered by the warranty. What many people don't know is that printers also have wear parts that are not covered by warranty. For this reason Brother provides you with a free all-round carefree package for selected models. In addition to the 3-year manufacturer's warranty, Brother offers another free service: the Brother PRINT AirBag for up to 750,000 pages worth up to €940.

With this service, which is already included in the price of the device, Brother goes one step further and also covers all unexpected maintenance and wear parts costs. Such wear parts include, for example, fuser units, laser units or feed rollers. In the event that wear parts need to be replaced before the printer reaches full capacity and before the end of the three-year warranty period, Brother will cover the cost of the corresponding labour and the necessary wear parts, which are not covered by the normal warranty in the event of damage.
