Why was there a minimum order surcharge when purchasing this item? I did end up buying 4 because they're useful supplies, but I am upset that this was introduced. Is this a temporary measure? I didn't have to pay it when buying a 20 CHF item just three days ago. I have been a loyal client for years, but if this is a permanent change I WILL take my business elsewhere.

Yes, this is a general condition. On the positive side, since Digitec Galaxus AG is majority owned by Migros, there are so many things one can order. It's easy and perhaps more ecological to group purchases in amounts 50 CHF or above.
