Unlike other pillowcases, such as cotton ones, satin is so smooth that your hair and skin glide over it with minimal friction. This friction usually causes split ends, frizzy, or static-charged hair. Additionally, satin helps retain and even provide more of the natural oils and moisture of your skin and hair while you sleep. This further prevents dryness and the formation of wrinkles.
