Radio-controlled - This Braun clock is automatically set and controlled via DCF radio signal for the Central European Time Zone. This covers most of Central and Western Europe, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Northern Italy, etc. Not suitable for use in the UK or Ireland. For use in countries where the radio signal cannot be received, the radio function can be turned off and the clock can be set manually.

The rotating ring is used for quick setting of the clock and alarm. Turning the ring clockwise advances the time, while turning it counterclockwise sets it back.

Crescendo beep alarm - The beep alarm becomes more frequent and louder if you do not turn it off. Snooze/light function (snooze interval: 5 minutes, light stays on for 10 seconds after manual activation). Reversible LCD display with 12-hour/24-hour setting option. The digital display may vary in contrast depending on room lighting.
