Cilio

Mix like the pros. With the cilio Boston Shaker, you can easily make Piña Coladas, Daiquiris, and many other cocktails at your home bar. The shaker consists of a sturdy glass and an extra-thin-walled mixing cup made of satin-finished stainless steel. Add the ingredients and ice into the glass. Then, carefully place the metal cup over the glass; the removable sealing ring connects both elements. Once everything is snug, shake the shaker vigorously with both hands. All ingredients should mix well and stay chilled. When the metal cup is frosted up to the rim of the glass, your cocktail is at the optimal temperature. After shaking, place the shaker upside down with the metal cup and gently separate the two parts. Then, strain the cocktail through a bar sieve and add mint leaves, pineapple pieces, or physalis, depending on the drink.
