Buying a sofa without having seen it/tried it out is risky enough. But you don't even offer real pictures, everything generated on the PC... without embedding it in a living situation. Very poor...

We offer serial images of the manufacturers for visualisation with almost all products. However, we are aware of and care about the issue of realistic usage images. Therefore, we are also working on offering such images as soon as possible. However, we do not yet know when this will happen.

We had this very same sofa for two to three weeks, first week left side found to be good second week right side lower than the right side, but not when looking at the sofa could not see any difference, but when sitting could feel a difference, Why? did the following tests by sitting for about 20–30 minutes to evaluate seat firmness and long-term comfort. I also checked whether the cushions recovered their shape after standing up and whether the upholstery stayed tight without shifting during use. Finally, I assessed the fabric feel and overall comfort in normal seating positions.” sure but sent it straight back to Galaxus after discussing the issue, thank god you have the right to return no questions asked within 30 days of purchase, yes there is slight cost to the customer for straight return but we could not be bothered to go through the 24 months warranty even though its great to know you have it as backup, Galaxus team are great, they are helpful at every stage and they keep their promises to help you and look after you, which is far less than I have seen from the hight street stores in Switzerland.
