The product is a connecting cable (flex connector) for extending or bridging distances of up to one metre between LED strands. It is not designed to be connected directly to the power supply unit before the first LED string is connected. The cable serves as a connection between LED strands, not as a direct power supply connection. You should therefore connect the LED string first and then use the connection cable.

The Paulmann MaxLED connectors enable an almost seamless connection of LED strips without the need for long cables in between. They are specially designed to enable different types of connections, such as straight, corner or T-connections, and ensure a safe and reliable electrical connection. The universal connector allows strips to be connected at any angle between 0 and 360 degrees and creates a transition between shortened and uncut strips.

In many online shops, the product dimensions are recorded with automatic software. With a lot of information, one wonders whether this can be correct at all (even outside Galaxus/Digitec). In most cases, however, it is enough to use "common sense"; in this specific case, the cable would be 100 cm and the cuttings 11.6 mm. To be really sure, compare it directly with the product information from the manufacturer. In this case it would be Paulmann, you can find all the information at paulmann.de with the manufacturer's no. 70575 and it must be correct. All information without guarantee from a "professional layman" :-) I hope I was able to help.

No, as far as I know it is not compatible. The connection on the strip is firmly connected with a heat shrink tube. The only thing that might work is an extension between the mains plug and the strip, but I haven't found one yet.

Unfortunately, this is not possible because when you cut the LED strip, you have a straight line and no more "recess" for the connecting piece that comes between the LED strip and the corner.
