Hello, I have ordered the Gen2 for the home cinema and moved the Gen1 to the living room. I did the upgrade because the home cinema TV (lg 75qned916qe) is still connected to the PC with a 4090. Before, when the Gen1 was still connected, Swisscom, PS5 and Xbox worked via the Syncbox on HDMI 1 (2.0). The LG TV only has 2x HDMI 2.1, one of which is eArc and reserved for the sound system. I had the PC via the remaining 2.1 Hdmi input (because of 120hz with 4090s) now that the Gen2 Syncbox came out, I upgraded to have ambilight with the PC as well. But now when I plug the Gen2 Syncbox into the HDMI 2.1 on the TV, the picture stays black. If I switch to the "old" HDMI input with 2.0, it works. And if I only connect the PC to HDMI 2.1 again, it also works, so the channel is not faulty. I even used an extra premium cable for the SyncBox output (the original one doesn't work either.) Pretty strange... Does anyone know what to do? Is it because a fibre optic HDMI is coming out of the PC? (I need it because of the distance)

Does anyone know if the power supply is the same as in the first version? I have wired up my setup quite neatly and don't want to move my TV cabinet forwards again to change a cable. So can I use the power supply from the first version? The plug looks the same in the picture

The Syncbox works as an Hdmi switch and therefore only one Hdmi input on the TV What about the picture modes of the TV? For example, if I have selected the game console with picture mode Game and Streaming Box Cinema - is this still possible with the Sync box?

Yes, that works. I've never had any problems with it so far. I have 1 PS5, 1 Apple TV and a Switch2 connected via the box and as soon as I switch back and forth between them, the mode always adjusts between gaming and cinema. Every now and then my box has a bit of trouble between switching from Apple TV to Switch, then once off and on again and everything is fine. Funnily enough, the PS5 is never a problem.

You will probably have to link several Philips Hue Gradient Ambiance bases together, which is no problem. The only thing is that the luminosity decreases the longer the strip is. As far as I know, the longest they have in one piece is for 75 inch TVs and this one is around 3 metres long.
