    Life limited

    We bought two of these lamps on 27 March 2019 and installed them in the kitchen. These are used frequently - yet I expected a much longer life from this not-so-cheap product (cost at the time was 412.--). The two-year warranty expired in March 2021. Now, a little more than a year later, one of the lamps is already defective. Parts of the LED lights "flash" or turn darker or switch off. Too bad! Therefore, only just OK.

    Bright, good-looking lamp with not well thought-out mounting system

    Conclusion, for those who do not want to read the whole text:
    Definite buy recommendation.


    Was afraid the lamp is not bright enough, because I have read and also seen that the HUE lamps are often not bright enough.
    I     was not disappointed. A 2m long dining table is very well illuminated with warm white light. Not at the highest brightness level and the lamp is not in the middle but at the edge of the table. So certainly 4m of table area could be sufficiently illuminated. On cold-white it is even better. In addition, the lamp looks just nice.
    Have me at the beginning also annoyed that when switching on via the light switch (Not the HUE dimmer switch) the setting is not preserved, but this behavior can be adjusted very well via the HUE Bluetooth app.
    The negative points are that the assembly is relatively cumbersome, and the cable guide only in the middle. Alright, a slightly larger drill and a new hole on the side also solved the problem....

    Product top, delivery via Planzer not satisfactory

    Good day,
    The product is top, but the delivery by Planzer is not satisfactory.
    The parcel is large and it is left at the door without ringing. This is not the first time!
    We live in a neighbourhood and it can be stolen     very easily or damaged by rain.
    Please negotiate a new process with the supplier.
