The velvet fabric is resistant to pilling but is sensitive to light; discoloration of exposed fabric may occur over time. Surprisingly, it is very easy to maintain.

Maintenance: Small stains can be easily removed by dabbing with an absorbent cloth. Larger stains can be cleaned with a mild detergent and a microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a hair dryer to speed up the drying process, keeping a safe distance to avoid burning the fabric.
