The AD5032 is a multifunctional steam iron with many advantages. The iron has five functions: horizontal steam ironing, producing 45 grams of steam per minute; horizontal steam ironing up to 80 grams per minute, which smooths out particularly stubborn wrinkles; dry ironing (without steam); and vertical ironing (for example, for curtains or hanging clothes). It also functions as a sprayer, with a single water burst of 0.5 grams.

The iron features four systems: automatic shut-off when the device is left unattended, an anti-drip system that stops the release of water droplets when the soleplate temperature is not yet optimal, an anti-calc system that limits mineral deposits from the water, and a self-cleaning system.

Another advantage is the large tank, which allows for less frequent water refills while ironing. The pointed tip of the soleplate makes it easier to access hard-to-reach areas, such as around buttons and ironing boards. The ceramic soleplate enhances the smooth glide of the fabric.

The power cord is 1.50 m long. The auto-off function cuts power to the iron, allowing it to remain in a vertical position for 8 minutes and in a horizontal position for 30 seconds. The device beeps six times to activate the automatic shut-off function.
