Alessi Mami - Ceramic Fondue Pot

In the vast universe of cooking instruments, fondue cookware is a world of its own. There are many different types of fondue across various culinary cultures, each differing significantly from one another. However, all types of fondue are cooked in the same way (heated, slowly fried, or melted). A pot or casserole is placed directly on the table over a heat source. Due to these various applications, we undertook the project of the "Mami" fondue with the intention of creating a truly complete system of objects that meets all the needs of this style of cooking. The small base tray and the holder with the control disc and burner (which works with both paste and spirit) can be used with the classic steel casserole with a stylish handle and heat-diffusing base.
