After the successful launch of the Ascaso Dream PID, our manufacturer from Barcelona has now filled the gap between the Dream and the Dream PID with the Dream One. It impresses not only with its distinctive design but also with its high-performance thermoblock made of stainless steel and aluminum, very fast heating time, and standby function. It also features a 58 mm professional portafilter and a precision manometer to monitor brewing pressure. The brewing temperature of the Dream One can be adjusted using an electronic thermostat. The intelligent electronics control the water supply to the thermoblock to achieve a temperature stability of ± 1.5 ºC, which is a remarkable value for a household machine.
