The Alba series features a Ti-X coating, a seal that is made even more durable by an additional titanium layer. The aluminum base with steel plates ensures optimal heat distribution. It is equipped with a V-shaped handle. Heat is distributed from the pan body to two bridges, which means the handle at the rear end heats up significantly slower. The pans are also oven-safe up to 250°C. Thickness is 4.5 mm. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. Dishwasher safe.
