Forté AP (universal) is a high-quality grinder that meets the expectations of even the most demanding users. Unlike the BG model, it features a complete grind size range from coarse to fine (including espresso) and is equipped with ceramic grinding mechanisms. Smooth ceramic burrs, made in Europe, offer the advantage of higher durability compared to steel cast parts, effectively doubling their lifespan. The grinder is very maintenance-friendly, as removing the burrs takes some time. The housing design is almost entirely made of metal, giving it an elegant appearance. The ability to close the hopper makes maintenance easier when it should not be emptied. On the front, there is a liquid crystal touchscreen for controlling the grinder. Grinding can be controlled via the control panel by weight (with an accuracy of 0.1 g) or time, and there is also a manual grinding option. Additionally, special buttons on the control panel can be programmed optionally. It is a type of on-demand grinder that grinds as needed – coffee is ground directly into the container or bottle just before brewing. The grind setting on the panel also features fine or coarse adjustments. Forté offers 10 macro levels and up to 26 micro settings for a total of 260 combinations. The Forté AP is ideal for all coffee preparation methods, from espresso to French press and alternative methods like Chemex, Aeropress, drip, or siphon. The grinder can grind up to 3.7 grams of beans per second.
