With the rotary pump, the machine can be installed anywhere without the need for a connection to the water supply. It is an easy-to-use and robust espresso machine. Despite its compact size, the SOLE model guarantees thermal stability akin to a professional machine, thanks to its heat exchanger boiler and the E61 group lever fed by a thermosiphon.

Technical features: Thermosiphon circulation, automatic boiler refill, automatic stop of heating elements in case of low water in the tank, rotary pump with 70 lt/h, PID shot timer, flow control (available upon request). The body and frame are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, available colors: stainless steel, matte black.

The machine features an adjustable output temperature and a shot timer to keep the coffee flow under control for maximum efficiency. Optionally, the regulation of the delivery pressure, thanks to the delivery profile on the group, enhances the quality of the output. The rotary pump ensures a consistent and quiet pressure build-up, just like a machine in cafés! Maximum flexibility: The rotary pump is connected to a dual water supply system, allowing the machine to be connected to the main water supply or to use the internal fresh water tank.
