Compatibility: Fill the Moka kettle with water up to the safety valve; do not exceed the maximum fill level. Choose your desired coffee blend; it must be ground specifically for Moka machines and should not be too fine. Fill the funnel with plenty of coffee without pressing it down. For an even better espresso, heat it on low heat – it’s worth waiting a few extra minutes. When the espresso has risen into the collection chamber, reduce the heat. Now you can enjoy fresh, aromatic espresso.
