Dama is the Bialetti coffee pot that breaks the mold, featuring a round shape that is soft and curvy, reflecting the aroma and smooth flavor of the finest Bialetti coffee. The Bialetti Dama retains the characteristic aluminum structure but softens it with a gentle silicone handle that prevents burns and allows you to serve coffee to your friends with an easy grip.

1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka container, up to the level of the safety valve. To avoid making your coffee too watery, do not fill it above this level.
2. Now choose your preferred coffee blend. Be careful! The blend must be specifically ground for a Moka pot and should not be too fine. Generously fill the funnel of the Moka pot without pressing down the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it’s worth waiting a few extra minutes to enjoy excellent coffee. Once the coffee has fully risen into the collecting chamber, turn off the heat.
4. Now comes the crucial moment: tasting. To fully enjoy the released aromas, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
