The CHOC frying pan sits comfortably in the hand thanks to its beech wood handle, regardless of how hot the pan is. The coated base with PFOT coating (PFOA-free) and the 5 mm thick pan wall provide perfect heat conduction and excellent heat retention. This allows the pan to heat up faster than conventional pans of its size. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for searing, grilling, and browning various foods. The wood of the riveted French handle has been gently treated with beeswax.
