The DICKORON classic is a tried-and-true favorite that has been around for over 80 years and is part of the DICKORON family, made in Germany. The special sapphire surface allows for a silky-smooth honing, giving your knife a consistently sharp edge. A properly sharpened knife edge can be maintained sharp with the DICKORON long without roughening the edge. The oval shape of the sharpening steel provides a wide contact area for the knife, allowing for quick and even results. Blade length is 30 cm. Surface hardness is over 65° HRC. Handle made of hygienic plastic.
