The bulging wire bail jar is ideal for pickling, canning, fermenting, and food storage. By the way, the wire bail jars also make great decorative accessories. Additionally, the series is suitable for sterilization: initial degassing in an autoclave at 0.9 bar or vacuum under a bell at 0.85 bar, or up to 127 °C for a maximum of 90 minutes at a back pressure of 2 bar.
