The 1905 series skillfully combines tradition and modernity through the reissue of the historical design. In 1905, Friedr. Dick developed a series of chef's knives with solid clamps that replaced the previously common rivets. Even then, as now, the series impresses with its distinctive appearance.

The 32 cm long blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and designed for extreme sharpness, while the handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening.

Even at first glance, the viewer can feel the inspiration and passion behind the knife series.

Red Spirit knives are uncompromisingly designed for sharpness. The blades are ground to an extremely slim profile and the edge is additionally polished.
