F. Dick Knife Set with Premier Plus Knives

  • 3-piece set featuring the classics of Asian cuisine, perfect for gifting to professional or hobby chefs.
  • The set includes: 1x Gyuutoo (blade length 18 cm), 1x Santoku with hollow edge (blade length 18 cm), 1x Paring knife (blade length 12 cm).
  • The blades are made from the alloy X 50 Cr Mo V15. Each component serves a specific purpose: chromium (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), carbon (strength).
  • The handle made of polyoxymethylene (POM) offers high durability as well as extreme hardness with relatively low sensitivity to temperature up to about 110 °C. It also has good chemical resistance.
  • A hardness of 56° Rockwell (HRC) is the perfect compromise between long-lasting sharpness and easy re-sharpening. Those who use their knives frequently will be very satisfied with this balance.
