The kitchen knife from the ProDynamic series is an essential tool for various small cutting tasks in the kitchen. The handy 11 cm blade easily and quickly cuts small fruits like berries. The ergonomically shaped full plastic handle and the quality blade are distinguishing features of the ProDynamic series. The non-slip black handle fits perfectly in the hand and is connected to the blade without seams through a special process. The entire edge can be sharpened again. The blade is made of X55CrMo14 steel. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening.
