Whether it's Serrano, Iberico, or Parma ham: the flexible blade of the ham knife glides effortlessly, easily, and securely through the ham. The simple handling of the blade makes it easy to cut ultra-thin and delicious slices of ham.

The grooves create air pockets that prevent thin and soft slices from sticking to the blade. With the grooved edge, precise cuts are achieved through accurate guidance.

The blade is made from the alloy X 50 Cr Mo V15. Each individual component has a specific purpose: chromium provides wear resistance, molybdenum offers corrosion resistance, and carbon ensures strength.

The handle made of polyoxymethylene (POM) offers high durability as well as extreme hardness with relatively low temperature sensitivity up to about 110°C. It also has good chemical resistance.

56° Rockwell (HRC) is the perfect compromise between long-lasting sharpness and easy re-sharpening. Those who use their knife frequently will be very satisfied with this balance.
