Whether it's Serano, Iberico, or Parma ham: The flexible blade of the ham knife glides effortlessly, smoothly, and securely through the ham. The easy handling of the knife blade makes it simple to cut ultra-thin and delicious slices of ham.

The grooves create air pockets that prevent thin and soft slices from sticking to the blade. With the grooved edge, precise cuts are achieved through accurate handling.

The blade is made from the alloy X 50 Cr Mo V15. Each individual component has a specific function: Chromium provides wear resistance, molybdenum ensures corrosion resistance, and carbon contributes to strength.

The handle made of polyoxymethylene (POM) offers high working strength and extreme hardness with relatively low temperature sensitivity up to about 110°C. It also has good chemical resistance.

56° Rockwell (HRC) is the perfect compromise between long-lasting sharpness and easy re-sharpening. Those who use their knife frequently will be very satisfied with this balance.
