Product details

Knife made of blade steel with adjustable cutting thickness. Easy replacement of the blades. The ergonomic handle ensures that the Violino fits perfectly in the hand, allowing for fatigue-free work. Includes three different interchangeable cutting surfaces, a residue holder, and a storage box for the cutting surfaces. Cuts julienne strips of 4 and 5 mm, cubes of 2 and 3 mm, and slices continuously from 0 to 5 mm.
