X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, with the addition of chromium, vanadium, and molybdenum, from which the blades are made, enhances durability and corrosion resistance.

The contoured stainless steel handle provides an extremely comfortable grip, even under extreme conditions.

The knife set is available with an elegant lacquered beech wood block in two colors - white or black. Placed on the countertop, it serves as a delicate decoration in the kitchen.

To keep the Gerlach kitchen knives as reliable and beautiful as possible, we recommend washing them by hand.
