Slicers made in Germany. For over 60 years, we as the family-owned company GRAEF stand for exceptional workmanship, durability, and not least the design of our universal slicers. The value chain of our slicers - from development and production to final touch, logistics, and repair - takes place at the main factory in Arnsberg, Sauerland. They are therefore made in Germany at its best and stand for responsible action and sustainable business.

Inclined cutter 15°. Due to the 15° inclination, the food can fall by gravity without touching the engine body in a bowl, on the bottom plate, or even directly into the pot, and the whole process occurs without the hand ever coming too close to the knife. The material to be cut is ultimately pressed against the stop without any intervention, so that the food can be quickly and safely cut into fine slices.

Combi-attachment. Our food holder and MiniSlice-attachment become one in the Combi-Attachment - for even less food waste, finger-safe fine slicing, and razor-thin processing of the smallest foods with even more aroma!

ECO POWER MOTION motor. The intelligent energy-saving motor ECO POWER MOTION has an output of 45 watts. Depending on the hardness of the slicing good, the motor can operate with a peak slicing power of up to 170 watts. This also ensures an optimal cutting speed of the blade.
