The Universal Temperature Switch UTS 1000 measures the current ambient temperature and automatically turns a connected 230 V AC device on and off when the temperature reaches set values. For temperature measurement, the Universal Temperature Switch uses widely available PT1000 sensors. Various PT1000 sensors can be used with the Universal Temperature Switch via an included PT1000 adapter. The Universal Temperature Switch can be used anywhere temperature control is needed for heating or cooling operations, such as in central heating systems, air conditioning units, incubators, greenhouses, hobby rooms, outdoor saunas, and terrariums, as a replacement for defective mechanical thermostats.
