The bain-marie heating system prevents chocolate from burning. The bottom of the container is made of stainless steel, while the sides are made of polycarbonate. It features a drip tray with a float and overflow warning, as well as an overheating protection. Continuous stirring ensures a homogeneous consistency of the chocolate. A special drain valve is also included. The temperature range is between +65ºC and +85ºC, while the required ambient temperature is between +10ºC and +32ºC.
