Product details

Included in the set: 3 GN 1/3 containers with a height of 100 mm, with lid. Heating system with heating mat. This ensures a 20% energy saving compared to conventional solutions as well as uniform temperature distribution. Housing and water container made of stainless steel. Suitable for 1 gastronorm container GN 1/1 up to a maximum depth of 150 mm. Also suitable for combinations of smaller GN containers, such as 2x GN 1/2 or 3x GN 1/3. The use of GN 1/6 containers is possible, provided a spacer is used (not included, can be purchased separately). Temperature adjustable: from 30°C to 85°C. Temperature control via rotary knob - 6 heating levels. Equipped with thermostat and indicator light. Water container with minimum and maximum water level indicator. Overheat protection. Waterproof: IPX3.
