The outer surface treatment involves degreasing, iron phosphating, passivation, rinsing, and priming through cathodic electro-dipping according to DIN 55900 Part 1 and baking. The final surface treatment consists of a high-quality electrostatic powder coating according to DIN 55900 Part 2 and subsequent bluing. White color Stelrad 9016. As standard, the radiators are supplied with Monclac strip fastenings, allowing for easy rotation and installation of the radiator. They come fully equipped with an integrated valve assembly, valve insert (without thermostat head) with built-in plugs and air outlet. They are packaged in shrink film with a cardboard edge cap, into which the fastening elements are inserted. The design complies with the safety requirements of BAGUV.
