The PHBE is the best solution for preheating large multilayer PCBs. It allows for gradual heating, reducing the risk of thermal shocks in the substrate and components, and operates at lower temperatures on components connected to mass surfaces.

In addition to the power and temperature mode, profiles for processing and rework can be stored. The temperature is measured with an external thermocouple, and the heat is automatically regulated by the console, which can store up to 25 different profiles. The connection of up to four external thermocouples enables highly precise control of the component/PCBA during the heating process. It can also be used to protect a component or a specific area of the PCBA.
