Elevate technology has been developed to improve hygiene and minimise the mess caused by placing tools on kitchen surfaces during use. Each knife has a weighted handle with an integrated tool rest that prevents the blade from touching the work surface when put down. This 5-piece set consists of knives with Japanese stainless steel blades and ergonomic, colour-coded handles and a drawer tray for organised storage. The tray is colour coded for quick and easy storage and has a non-slip base. The set includes: 3.5" paring knife, 4.5" serrated knife, 5.5" Santoku knife, 6.5" chef's knife and 8" bread knife. Knives should only be washed by hand and dried immediately; the tray can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
