The caquelon is a true lightweight, making it easy to lift. The Edelweiss flowers and the cow appliqué, framed by a heart arch, make Swiss hearts race. The caquelon has excellent heat conductivity. It can be used versatilely as a saucepan, wok, and sauté pan, and is also induction compatible.
