Capture the natural shape of your foot. The cap of the Raven™ insole is made from a composite material that molds to the shape of your foot. The heel cap features small slits around the upper area to allow for expansion for larger feet. These slits may be visible or invisible after shaping. The Raven™ insoles are compatible with most cycling shoes.

For an optimal fit, place your current insole on top of the Raven™ insole and trace the shape of the forefoot with a marker. Cut off the excess material at the forefoot. It is often best to cut less and check the fit of the insole in the shoe. If the insole wrinkles or is too tight, trim more material from the forefoot until it fits well.
