The casserole dish with a matching lid from the Signature series is the all-rounder among Le Creuset casseroles. It can even be used as a frying pan, making it ideal for dishes that are first seared and then baked in the oven. Thanks to its stainless steel knob, using it in the oven is no problem.
Le Creuset cast iron cookware is particularly energy-efficient, as heat is optimally distributed from the bottom to the walls and retained for a long time.
Advantage: two side handles - perfect for transportation - suitable for the freezer.
