To maintain optimal performance of your air purifier, it is recommended to replace the HEPA filter drum every 12 months (depending on usage).

The HEPA filter with a washable pre-filter removes 99.97% of all pollutants that are 0.3 microns or larger. The 360-degree filter draws air from all directions and captures pollutants from the entire room. The replacement indicator lights up red on your air purifier when the filter needs to be changed. For best cleaning results, it is recommended to replace the pet HEPA filter drum every 12 months (depending on usage).
