For anyone who has ever wondered: How does the spiral cutter work? Cooking with the spiral cutter is child's play. When in use, the spiral cutter should stand on a smooth surface (e.g. ceramic hob) with firmly pressed suction feet. The desired blade insert is then pushed into the guide until it audibly engages. The two inserts that are not required can be safely stored in the unit. The vegetables or fruit may then be cut straight on one side so that the pieces can be securely attached to the crank pin.
