The Italian regions offer an incredible variety of pasta types. The origin of pappardelle likely lies in beautiful Tuscany: they are flat, but very wide ribbon noodles, even wider than fettuccine or tagliatelle. They can be up to 5 cm wide!

This attachment is easy to mount on the Atlas 150. Thanks to the removable combs, cleaning is also simple. The accessory is not dishwasher safe.
